Yahya was approached directly by the client to work on this lavish, contemporary project set on 5 hectares of land in the heart of the Palmeraie area of Marrakech. Many of the artworks from the "Invisible Light" exhibition were purchased once released for sale and additionally, Yahya was commissioned to provide many lighting pieces throughout the project. Recently, the client approached Yahya to design additional art-pieces, some coffee and side tables and also a metal second-skin for a part of the exterior facade.
