This legendary institution of Marrakech, frequented by the likes of Winston Churchill, was given a complete design refurbishment by the famous French Interior Designer Jacques Garcia. The brief was to breathe life into this historical land-mark and give it a reworked contemporary Moroccan look, reflecting the Morocco of today and the evolution of Marrakech as a city, whilst not losing the historical grandeur that has defined this institution. The Yahya Group was commissioned to design and produce the lighting for the entrance lobby and the back-lit entrance plaques for the rooms, in addition to supplying Yahya's iconic flame lanterns for the Moroccan restaurant.
